从分析间歇静脉滴注(静滴)过程中血药浓度上升与下降的特征,推导出计算n次给药后任意时刻血药浓度的通式。与Wagner曾提出的两个通式比较,计算结果相同,但应用灵活、简便。对公式在应用方面进行了探讨,推导出临床上十分有用的其他公式,可计算n次给药后的起效时间、失效时间、维持有效血药浓度的时间等等。因此本文推导的公式对临床血药浓度监测颇有实用价值。
From analyzing the characteristics of rising and falling of plasma concentration during intermittent intravenous drip (IV infusion), a general formula for calculating the plasma concentration at any time after administration of n times was deduced. Compared with the two general formulas proposed by Wagner, the calculation results are the same, but the application is flexible and simple. The application of the formula was explored to derive other clinically useful formulas to calculate the onset time, the expiration time, the time to maintain the effective plasma concentration, etc. after n doses. Therefore, the formula derived in this paper is quite practical value for the monitoring of clinical plasma concentration.
