旧房加层是一项对原建筑进行改造、扩充、挖潜、加固等综合性的修建工作。实践证明,旧房加层可以改善市容,增加住房面积,改善广大人民群众的居住条件;是加快旧城改造步伐,解决城市住房紧缺状况行之有效的途径之一。从八○年开始,昆明市房管局即着手进行此项工作。按计划,地处市区的十三个点的27幢旧房列为第一批加层改造工程,面积13,000平方米,可建住宅300余套。目前正在逐步实施。现结合正在设计施工及已竣工交付使用的几个旧房加层工程,探讨一下旧房加层的几个技术问题。
The addition of old buildings is a comprehensive construction work such as reconstruction, expansion, tapping and reinforcement of the original building. Practice has proved that the addition of old buildings can improve the appearance of the city, increase the housing area, and improve the living conditions of the general public; it is an effective way to speed up the transformation of the old city and solve the problem of urban housing shortage. Since 1980, the Housing Authority of Kunming City has started this work. According to the plan, 27 old houses located at 13 points in the urban area will be listed as the first batch of retrofit projects with an area of 13,000 square meters and more than 300 sets of residential buildings. It is currently being gradually implemented. Now with several old house addition projects being designed and constructed and already completed and delivered for use, we will discuss several technical problems in adding old buildings.
