戊型肝炎是戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)引起的一种传染病.戊型肝炎主要是HEV经粪-口传播引起的病毒性肝炎,然而近年来陆续报道了一些通过输血传播的病例.欧洲国家中,普通人群和献血者中HEV的血清学流行率表明低估了HEV经输血传播的危险性.文章针对HEV的发现、基因型及其分布、HEV感染在献血者中的流行情况、HEV的血源性传播、HEV对机体的影响和HEV感染的预防等几方面进行阐述.“,”Hepatitis E is an infectious disease caused by hepatitis E virus (HEV).Hepatitis E is mainly viral hepatitis caused by fecal oral transmission of HEV.However, some cases of transfusion transmitted have been reported in recent years.Serological prevalence of HEV among populations and donors in European countries suggests that we underestimated the risk of HEV transfusion transmission.In this article, we discuss the discovery of HEV, genotype and its distribution, the prevalence of HEV infection in blood donors, the blood borne transmission of HEV, the effects of HEV on the organism and the prevention of HEV infection.
