2009年8月31日17点28分,长征三号乙运载火箭在西昌卫星发射中心,将印度尼西亚“帕拉帕-D”商业通信卫星发射升空。火箭点火起飞正常,一、二级飞行正常,三级发动机一次点火工作正常:三级发动机二次点火后,其中一台氢氧发动机推力偏低,卫星远地点低于预定值。据悉,2009年8月31日22点左右,地面测控网已经捕获“帕拉帕-D”商业通信卫星。卫星已于9月1日进行了近地点变轨,变轨成功,卫星状态正常。
At 17:28 on August 31, 2009, Long March III B carrier rocket fired at Xichang Satellite Launch Center and launched Indonesia’s “Palapa-D” commercial communications satellite. The rocket ignition normal take off, the first flight and the second flight are normal, and the third-stage engine is working normally once. After the third-stage engine is ignited twice, the thrust of one of the oxyhydrogen engines is low and the satellite apogee is lower than a predetermined value. On September 1, the satellite conducted a near-Earth orbit change or a successful orbit change and its satellite status was normal.
