个案监督的实效是指实现监督的内容、形式与效果的一致性。增强行使监督权的坚定性,是人大有效地开展个案监督的首要问题。

The effectiveness of case supervision means that the content, form and effect of supervision are consistent. It is the primary issue for the NPC to effectively carry out case supervision so as to enhance the firmness in exercising its supervisory power.
