介绍神府矿区活鸡兔煤矿使用连续采煤机掘进煤平巷的施工工艺和技术经济效果，从工程造价、施工进度分析了连续采煤机的优势，提出了存在对底板比压大，爬坡能力差和增加无效工程量等问题。
This paper introduces the construction technology and technical and economical effect of using continuous shearer for coal heading in Huozhuanglou Mine in Shenfu Mining Area. The advantages of continuous shearer are analyzed from the project cost and construction schedule. Poor slope capacity and increase the amount of invalid projects.
