目的:分析研究CRP与WBC联合检验在当前儿科感染性疾病中的具体应用,为儿科感染性疾病的诊断与治疗提供借鉴。方法:选取248例儿科感染性疾病的患儿作为观察组,同时再选取124名健康的儿童作为对照组,分别测定两组儿童的CRP与WBC并做好记录,最后根据测的结果进行对比分析。结果:病毒感染小组患儿中CRP>10 mg/L 13例,其阳性率为9.56%;细菌感染小组患儿中CRP>10 mg/L的有89例,其阳性率为79.46%;而对照组儿童中没有1人的CRP>10 mg/L。结论:CRP与WBC联合检验的方法对于医师制定治疗方案具有重要的参考作用,有利于实现个性化治疗的要求,同时还可以避免使用一些不必要的抗生素,保证患儿的健康恢复。
Objective: To analyze the specific application of the combined test of CRP and WBC in the current pediatric infectious diseases and provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric infectious diseases. Methods: A total of 248 children with pediatric infectious diseases were selected as the observation group, and 124 healthy children were selected as the control group. CRP and WBC were measured and recorded in both groups respectively. At last, comparative analysis was made based on the measured results . Results: The positive rate of CRP> 10 mg / L was 9.56% in children infected with virus and 89 cases were CRP> 10 mg / L in bacterial infection group. The positive rate was 79.46% None of the children in group had CRP> 10 mg / L. Conclusion: The combined test of CRP and WBC is an important reference for physicians to make treatment plan, which is helpful for the realization of individualized treatment. At the same time, some unnecessary antibiotics can be avoided to ensure the healthy recovery of children.
