近年来,甘肃省庆阳市坚持以科学发展观为指导,以改革创新的时代精神和艰苦创业的老区精神为动力,立足欠发达地区实际,实施“工业强市、产业富民”的总体思路,大力开发石油煤炭、绿色农产品、特色文化三大产业,努力将资源优势转化为发展优势,在加快革命老区又好又快发展中,探索出一条成功之路。5月中旬,人民论坛杂志社组织了全国人大、国家发改委、北京大学、中国人民大学等单位有关专家及光明日报、农民日报、中国经济时报等中央媒体记者组成专题调研组,走进陇东,深入探索庆阳发展的经验。
