探讨黄蜀葵花对肾病综合征大鼠尿中透明质酸（ＨＡ）的影响。复制阿霉素诱导大鼠肾病模型，观察尿中ＨＡ的变化。结果：黄蜀葵花可使肾病大鼠的尿ＨＡ水平明显增加；尿Ｎ－乙酰－Ｂ氨基葡萄糖苷酶（ＮＡＧ）水平明显降低；内生肌酐清除率（Ｃｃｒ）显著改善。结论：黄蜀葵花对尿排泄 ＨＡ有明显改善作用，这对于防止肾小管病变、肾纤维化的发生均有益处。
To investigate the effect of abel-apple on urinary hyaluronic acid (HA) in rats with nephrotic syndrome. The adriamycin-induced rat nephropathy model was replicated and the changes of HA in urine were observed. RESULTS: The A. jasminoides could increase the level of urinary HA in rats with nephropathy; the level of urinary N-acetyl-B-glucosaminidase (NAG) was significantly decreased; the creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) was significantly improved. Conclusion: A. jasminoides can significantly improve the urinary excretion of HA, which is beneficial for the prevention of renal tubular disease and renal fibrosis.
