生活宪法是一种全新的宪法理念。其发生学意义上起源于生活的分歧,人性意义上在于把每个人真正当作人,实践意义上要求宪法从制度到生活秩序的落实。它具有重回生活世界,实现人有尊严的全面发展,规避了宪法学危机和困境的意义。生活宪法教学以宪法思维培养为中心,宪法事例融入宪法课堂,并加以多层次的宪法思想实验和生活实验。
The constitution of life is a brand new concept of constitution. In the sense of its occurrence, it originated from the disagreement of life. In the sense of human nature, each person is truly regarded as a human being, and in practical sense, it requires that the constitution be implemented from the system to the order of life. It has the function of returning to the life world, realizing the all-round development of human dignity and avoiding the crisis and predicament of constitutional law. The teaching of constitution of life takes the cultivation of constitutional thinking as the center, and the constitutional cases are integrated into the constitutional classroom, and multi-level constitutional thinking experiment and life experiment are given.
