行业纠风是国家的利民之本,也是关系着我国民生问题的重要工作内容之一,一直深受政府及各行各业的关注。近年来,我国不断深入推进改革发展,显现出了各种新情况和新问题,影响着人民群众的根本利益,给行业纠风工作提出了更高的要求。就银行来说,我国部分基层银行的纠风工作中仍存在着诸多问题,制约着银行纠风工作的发展。因此,构建银行纠风工作的有效机制,提高银行纠风工作的科学化水平逐渐成为了亟待解决的重大课题。

In recent years, China has continuously pushed forward its reform and development, showing various new situations and new problems, affecting the fundamental interests of the people and putting forward even higher demands on the rectification work in the industry. As far as banks are concerned, there are still many problems in the work of correcting mistakes in some grass-root banks in our country, which restricts the development of bank correction work. Therefore, building an effective mechanism for correcting the work of the banks and improving the scientific level of the work of correcting the banks gradually become a major issue to be solved urgently.
