本文介绍一种多孔循环燃煤锻造加热炉。该炉结构特点是在炉体加热室后腹墙上安装了五个与烟囱相通的长方形通孔,通过这五个通孔,烟气进行循环,牵制了火焰的流动速度和方向,促使火焰加快旋转,达到炉内升温加快,并使温度分布均匀。在该炉预热室的上方,安装了“余热锅炉”,产生蒸汽。其燃烧室采用整体旋转腰形孔水平炉排和固定斜平面蜂窝组合炉排,底部采用水封,以达到除尘、干净的目的。本加热炉具有节能、消烟除尘、升温快、效率高、结构紧凑、造价低、寿命长等特点。目前,在中小型锻造加热炉技术改造中,有一定的推广价值。
