日本经济自1986年开始强劲增长后,于199O年末缓慢减速,持续至今。预计1993年下半年可望摆脱困境,缓慢回升。造成这种态势的主要原因是,国内“生产状况不佳”、“金融状况不佳”、“经济结构不佳”与“国际环境不佳”同步发生,交织成“复合性状况不佳”。因此,这次衰退不是由外部因素造成的,是由于经济运行系统本身出现了不平衡而不得不进行的调整。
After its strong growth in 1986, the Japanese economy slowed down slowly in late 199O and has continued to date. Expected to get out of the predicament in the second half of 1993 and slowly recover. The main reason for this situation is that the “poor conditions of production”, the “poor financial conditions”, the “poor economic structure” and the “international environment” are occurring simultaneously in China and are intertwined into a “complex state of affairs.” Therefore, this recession is not caused by external factors, but due to the unbalanced adjustment of the economic operation system itself.
