本文通过对尿素肥料低有效性与其作物毒性间关系的分析,提出:脲酶抑制剂在抑制尿素水解、减少NH3挥发的同时也可影响尿素肥料的作物毒性;如果尿素肥料在土壤中水解之前即发生作物毒性,则抑制水解可加重作物毒性从而影响作物对尿素氮的利用。这样,脲酶抑制剂减少NH3挥发的有益效应将会被抵消甚至产生负作用。建议加强尿素肥料水解之前发生作物毒性的可能性及相应发生条件等方面的研究,为正确评价脲酶抑制剂的增产作用和应用前景以及合理应用脲酶抑制剂提供进一步的理论依据。
Based on the analysis of the relationship between the low availability of urea fertilizers and the toxicity of their crops, this paper proposes that urease inhibitors can inhibit the urea hydrolysis and reduce the volatilization of NH3, but also affect the crop toxicity of urea fertilizers. If urea fertilizers occur before soil hydrolysis occurs Crop toxicity, inhibition of hydrolysis can increase the crop toxicity and thus affect the crop’s use of urea nitrogen. In this way, the beneficial effects of urease inhibitors in reducing the volatilization of NH3 will be offset or even negatively effected. The suggestion of strengthening the possibility of crop toxicity before the hydrolysis of urea fertilizers and the corresponding occurrence conditions are suggested to provide further theoretical basis for correctly evaluating the increasing effect and application prospect of urease inhibitors and applying urease inhibitors reasonably.
