奉中财委财经计物字第四九八五号函开:「在清理仓库中关于接管敌伪粮食的清理办法,各分会迭有询问,经本会商同中央财政部及军委总后勤部决定依照下列办法处理:一、在此次清理仓库物资工作中,各机关、部队、团体、学校及企业单位(以下简称各单位)所清理出之接管粮食均须造具清册交由各大行政区或中央直属各省市仓库物资清理调配分会(以下简称清调分会)处理。二、各地清调分会应对各单位所报之接管粮食清册,加以审核并与原接管数字核对是否相符,于清册上签字证明。三、各单位移交清调分会粮食清册时,应将清理仓库前及清理仓库后已动用之粮食,予以清理,由动用单位交支价款(作价以交款时之市
