中国改革的价值取向是社会主义市场经济,党校机制改革在此背景下的价值取向必须适应于社会改革的全面深入展开,注重于内在与外在辩证统一的内在积极性、社会公平性与教育效用性。而实践党校机制改革价值目标的科学化原则重在社会改革发展的积极推进;重在突破行政化管理的历史惯性思维,改以自觉的服务性治校模式;重在树立知行统一,知为先的教育理念。
