我国的城市交通发展正面临着许多的问题,特殊的城市发展环境和交通特征使得我们在寻求解决问题方面,面临着巨大的考验和挑战。自20世纪90年代以来,我国城市交通发展受到城市化、机动化快速增长的社会经济环境的巨大压力,在这种发展条件下,如何改革城市道路交通建设投资体制,加强交通建设投资力度,将是城市可持续发展的重要保证。
China’s urban transport development is facing many problems. The special urban development environment and traffic characteristics make us face enormous challenges and challenges in seeking solutions to the problems.
