目的探讨高龄前列腺增生患者行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)后并发症的预防和处理。方法回顾性分析105例70岁以上前列腺增生患者TURP术后病情及相关临床资料。结果膀胱痉挛17例;继发出血6例;电切综合征6例;暂时性尿失禁7例;尿道狭窄5例。结论膀胱痉挛、出血、电切综合征、尿失禁、尿道狭窄等是高龄前列腺增生患者TURP术后常见的并发症,严格掌握手术指征,及时有效的处理是避免出现严重后果的关键。
Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of complications after transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Retrospective analysis of 105 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia over the age of 70 after TURP disease and related clinical data. Results Cystospasm in 17 cases; secondary bleeding in 6 cases; cut-off syndrome in 6 cases; temporary urinary incontinence in 7 cases; urethral stricture in 5 cases. Conclusions Cystospasm, hemorrhage, cut-off syndrome, urinary incontinence and urethral stricture are common complications after TURP in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Strict control of surgical indications and timely and effective treatment are the keys to avoid serious consequences.
