Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are important organic pollutants in the natural environment. They mainly come from industrial production, motor vehicle exhaust, cooking fume, barbecue, tobacco smoke and so on. They enter human body through skin contact, respiratory tract and food chain , With carcinogenic and teratogenicity. In early childhood development, PAHs can enter the fetus or baby through the placenta and milk, resulting in genetic material damage and neurodevelopmental abnormalities during embryonic development. This article reviews the neurotoxic effects of PAHs on early childhood development. Early life PAHs exposure affects neonatal nerve line
