Congenital heart disease in children (referred to as congenital heart disease) due to hemodynamic and hemorheological changes significantly affect the central nervous system function, can cause varying degrees of neurological symptoms and signs, affecting the prognosis, which is mainly due to the majority of children with congenital heart disease Cerebral blood flow decreased due to. The application of transcranial Doppler ultrasonography to monitor cerebral blood flow changes not only can guide preoperative conservative treatment of cyanotic congenital heart disease, but also can be used to monitor cerebral blood flow and embolism in various types of congenital heart disease surgery and cardiac catheterization , In order to timely intervention, improve the prognosis. Transcranial Doppler ultrasound is a noninvasive, convenient, dynamic and non-radioactive solution that has been used in many clinical fields
