目的 研究不同期煤工尘肺患者和同煤矿采矿工人血浆一氧化氮(NO)和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(M DA)的变化。方法 测定方法分别按参考文献4,5,6,7。结果 NO 与尘肺的期别呈正相关(r= 0.779,P< 0.05),且NO与MDA 呈正相关(r= 0.887,P< 0.05)。SOD结果与其他研究者的结果相似。结论 说明NO 参与了尘肺的形成,并与尘肺患者的红细胞过氧化损伤相关。
Objective To study the changes of plasma nitric oxide (NO), erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in coal miners with coal miners and coal miners in different periods. The methods of determination were according to references 4, 5, 6, 7 respectively. Results NO was positively correlated with the stage of pneumoconiosis (r = 0.779, P <0.05), and there was a positive correlation between NO and MDA (r = 0.887, P <0.05). The SOD results are similar to those of other investigators. Conclusions NO is involved in the formation of pneumoconiosis and is associated with erythrocyte peroxidation in patients with pneumoconiosis.
