我院于1990年1月收治老年性肝豆状核变性1例,报告如下。病历摘要女患,56岁。间断意识不清4年,加重2天。于1990年1月23日入院。4年前由床上跌下,意识不清,尿失禁,口角流涎,对时间及周围事物不能辨认。2天后缓解,但出现双手震颤,不能做精细动作。上述症状间断出现,每年约3～4次,逐渐出现意识障碍、人格改变。曾被诊为脑动脉硬化、脑血栓形成等。入院前2天再度神志不清、昏睡、尿失禁4小时。查体:神志模糊,言语迟钝,定向力丧失。可见蜘蛛痣,巩膜、皮肤
