随着我国城镇化建设的脚步逐渐的加快,农村地区污染的现象也变得相对较为严重,这对当地农民的身体健康,造成了严重的影响。同时,农民环境维权的过程中,经常受到了一些阻碍,使农民常常处于被动的状态,这样对当地环境的发展,是非常不利,体现了我国相关法律的不完整。因此,本文从法律的视角下进行分析,对农民环境维权的相关问题,进行了简要的分析和阐述,并且对如何有效的解决,提出了一些自己的观点,希望对我国农民环境维权的发展,给予一定的帮助。
