条锈病和白粉病是小麦的主要病害,由于大多数具1B/1R抗病基因的推广品种在我国已先后丧失抗性,导致近年来小麦锈病和白粉病频繁发生。因此需要不断地筛选、鉴定新的抗病基因,进行抗病育种。 冬小麦价Fr81-10经田间和温室多年鉴定,除表现良好的农艺性和丰产性外,对我国北方白粉菌系和条锈菌的条中29号小种呈免疫或高抗反应。与感病品种燕大1817杂交F_1代对供试条锈和白粉菌系均表现感病反应型。本研究通过单体分析的方法对隐性抗性基因进行了定位。
Stripe rust and powdery mildew are the major diseases of wheat. Since most of the varieties with the 1B / 1R resistance gene have lost their resistance in our country, wheat rust and powdery mildew occur frequently in recent years. Therefore need to constantly screening, identification of new disease-resistant genes for disease-resistant breeding. Winter wheat price Fr81-10 has been identified in field and greenhouse for many years. In addition to its good agronomical and high yield, it was immunized or highly resistant to race 29 in the powdery mildew and stripe rust of northern China. The F_1 generation crossed with the susceptible variety YanDa 1817 showed susceptible response type to test strip rust and powdery mildew strains. In this study, the recessive resistance gene was mapped by haplotype analysis.
