最近,我们结合役畜的调查研究,深入到我区川区几个县的家畜人工授精站,所见各站饲喂的大麦芽有长有短,标准不一,有的大麦芽长度竟达12～18厘米,这是值得注意的问題。大麦芽过长,维生素含量反而减低。甘肃农业大学家畜饲养教研组,曾对不同长度的大麦芽进行过分析:大麦芽长度2.5厘米,胡萝卜素3.8毫克,含维生素E88毫克;长度5.0毫米,胡萝卜素4.0毫克,含维生素E103毫克;长度10.2厘米,胡萝卜素3.2毫克,含维生素0.36毫克。
Recently, we combined with the study of draft animals and went deep into the artificial insemination station of domestic animals in several counties in Sichuan. We found that the barley malt fed at each station had a long and short pattern with different standards. Some malted malt buds were as long as 12 ~ 18 cm, this is a noteworthy issue. Barley malt long, but lower vitamin content. Gansu Agricultural University Animal Feeding Research Group, had different lengths of barley malt analyzed: barley malt length of 2.5 cm, 3.8 mg of carotene, containing vitamin E88 mg; length 5.0 mm, 4.0 mg of carotene, vitamin E103 mg; length 10.2 Cm, carotene 3.2 mg, containing 0.36 mg of vitamins.
