为了甄别煤炭企业管理者的领导胜任能力的构成要素,应用领导胜任特征基本理论和方法,构建煤炭企业管理者的领导胜任能力4维6层的要素模型,利用该模型,对管理者的领导胜任能力构成要素与工作绩效的相关性进行了分析.结果表明,管理者的6项领导胜任能力与任务绩效、周边绩效存在相关性;通过t检验验证,管理者的领导胜任特征由管理向上关系(MU)、管理向下关系(MD)、管理横向关系(ML)、维系3重关系(MA)4大类胜任特征构成,验证得到煤炭企业管理者的领导胜任能力的30个构成要素.
In order to identify the components of the leadership competencies of coal enterprise managers, this paper applies the basic theory and methods of leadership competency to build a 4-dimensional and 6-layer elemental model of leadership competencies for coal managers. By using this model, Ability components and job performance were analyzed.The results showed that the managers of the six leadership competency and mission performance, there is a correlation between performance; through t-test validation, the manager’s leadership competencies by the management of the relationship between the MU, management MD, ML, and MA, and verify the 30 components of coal enterprise managers’ leadership competency.
