安全生产是事关人民群众生命财产安全的大事,也是我国的一项基本政策。新中国成立以来,党和政府对安全生产非常重视,确立了“安全第一,预防为主”的方针,并采取措施,加强对安全生产的监督管理工作。但是,由于我国安全生产的基础工作比较薄弱,重、特大事故仍时有发生,安全生产形势仍比较严峻。对此需要认真分析,不断加以改进。
Safe production is a major event that concerns the lives and property of the people and is also a basic policy of our country. Since the founding of new China, the party and the government have attached great importance to safety production, established the principle of “safety first and prevention first” and took measures to strengthen the supervision and administration of safety production. However, due to the relatively weak basic work safety work in our country, heavy and super-serious accidents still occur from time to time, and the situation of production safety is still rather grim. This requires careful analysis and continuous improvement.
