南京市西善合成剂厂生产的渡江牌PG—1型亚光漆为国内首创有产品标准的高级家具涂料,荣获“1986年南京市科学技术进步奖”和“1987年江苏省第五届轻工业优秀新产品”称号,并被轻工业部编入《全国轻工优秀新产品选》。该漆属硝基型涂料,主要用于高级家具、木制品、塑料、金属制品以及室内表面装饰。装饰后表面光泽柔和,光照下不会产生眩光。装饰美观、感觉舒适,并对视力有益。该产品分清漆和色漆两类,制备工艺简单。其特性和施工性能与硝基漆基本相同,喷、刷、淋、拖涂等均可适用,一般2～4道即可。成膜率高,漆膜厚,表面平滑,理化性能均达到和超过测定的指标。干燥只需20分钟即可,适应流水作业。
The Dujiang brand PG-1 matt lacquer produced by Nanjing Xishan Synthetic Agent Factory is the first advanced furniture coating with product standard in China, won the “Nanjing Science and Technology Progress Award in 1986” and “Jiangsu Province in 1987. The five titles of outstanding new products in light industry “title” were compiled by the Ministry of Light Industry into the “National Excellent Selection of New Light Products”. The paint is a nitro type coating and is mainly used for high-grade furniture, wood products, plastics, metal products and indoor surface decoration. After the decoration, the surface is soft and shiny, and no glare is generated under the light. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and good for vision. The product is divided into two types of varnish and paint, the preparation process is simple. Its characteristics and construction performance are basically the same as that of nitrocellulose. Spray, brush, shower, and drag coat can all be applied. Generally, it can be 2 to 4 passes. The film formation rate is high, the film thickness is thick, the surface is smooth, and the physical and chemical properties meet and exceed the measurement index. It takes only 20 minutes to dry and adapt to the flow operation.
