In exploring a new pattern of ideological and political work, the party committee of Inner Mongolia Machinery Group proposed the idea of “building a practical-type political workman” and injected new impetus into the production and operation. “Effective-type political structure”, emphasizing “effective” as its connotation and “new pattern” as its extension.
