通过广东省外商投资造林成功案例的分析,探讨了外商投资造林的积极意义、主要特征及形成外商投资造林激励的环境与条件,总结了改善我国林业投资环境的主要制约因素,提出改善我国投融资环境的措施与政策建议。
Through the successful cases of afforestation by foreign investment in Guangdong Province, this paper discusses the positive significance and main characteristics of afforestation by foreign affiliates and the environment and conditions for forming afforestation incentives for foreign investment. It also summarizes the main constraints to improve the investment environment for forestry in China, Environmental Measures and Policy Suggestions.
