目的探讨介入诊疗机房屏蔽设计效果的验证办法,以利于放射防护设施竣工验收工作的实施。方法通过现场调查、理论估算、现场检测等对某介入诊疗机房的屏蔽设计进行核实和评价。结果屏蔽材料选用合理。机房周围21个检测位置的辐射水平均在0.02~0.20μGy/h范围内。但机房四周墙体的屏蔽设计值均高出理论计算值约二三毫米铅当量。结论该机房的屏蔽设计总体防护效果良好,上述几种方法的综合应用可较好地核实介入诊疗项目屏蔽设计,验证其防护效果。
Objective To explore the verification methods of interventional design of shielding design of computer room in order to facilitate the implementation of the completion and acceptance of radiological protection facilities. Methods The shielding design of an interventional therapy room was verified and evaluated through on-site investigation, theoretical estimation and on-site inspection. The results of shielding materials selection is reasonable. Radiation levels at 21 test sites around the engine room were in the range of 0.02-0.20 μGy / h. However, the design of the shields around the wall of the engine room are both about 2.3 millimeters above the theoretical value. Conclusion The shield design of the engine room has a good overall protective effect. The comprehensive application of the above methods can better verify the shielding design of interventional treatment projects and verify the protective effect.
