建设用地供应审批之后,加强对其开发利用情况的跟踪监管,是落实节约集约用地政策、遏制违法违规用地的重要途径。建设项目用地竣工验收制度作为批后监督管理的重要手段是则实现建设用地集约利用和优化配置的重要措施,对进一步强化土地管理、城市规划等法律法规的严肃性具有重要意义。对此,本文通过结合鞍山工作实际,分析竣工验收工作现状,深入阐述了建设项目用地竣工验收工作中存在的问题,并提出了具体工作的改进措施。
