糖尿病性便秘通常见于糖尿病血糖控制差,并发神经病变的患者,约占20％。一般采用多饮水,高纤维膳食,养成按时排便习惯。单纯口服泻药或胃肠动力药,疗效不明显。自2003年6月以来,笔者采用西沙必利加自拟玄粉四仁汤治疗糖尿病性便秘28例,并与对照组24例比较,疗效满意。现报告如下。
Diabetic constipation is usually found in patients with poor glycemic control and neuropathy, accounting for about 20%. Generally use more water, high fiber diet, develop regular bowel habits. Simple oral laxatives or gastrointestinal motility drugs, the effect is not obvious. Since June 2003, I used Xisapride Plus Xuanfen Si Ren Tang treatment of diabetic constipation in 28 cases, and compared with the control group of 24 cases, the effect is satisfactory.
