低碳经济作为减缓气候变化的一种新发展模式,引起公众的高度关注。公众对低碳经济的意识将会极大程度地影响公众对低碳经济政策的支持,研究公众的低碳经济意识对提高公众自我感知水平及对低碳经济政策的贯彻执行有重要意义。通过调查中国公众的低碳经济意识,包括公众对低碳经济知识的了解、低碳经济的感知利益与感知风险、低碳经济执行效果的满意度、对低碳经济制度的支持度等,试图运用数据来分析公众的低碳经济意识水平。从1 985份有效问卷的结果统计得知,大部分公众对低碳经济的了解程度不高;公众认为低碳经济受益最大的是有助于人类健康,感知风险最大的是不利于贫困人群和地区发展;公众对低碳经济执行效果并不是十分满意,但表示愿意支持和配合实施相关决策。
