留守儿童的教育问题成了全社会关注的焦点,由于父母双方或一方不在身边,对留守儿童学习方面的帮助和监督大大减少,甚至完全减除了,使孩子在学习方面处于一种无人过问的状况。学好了,没人夸;学坏了,无人骂。渐渐使孩子对学习产生一种无所谓的态度。留守儿童由于受不到良好的家庭教育往往成为班上的学困生,教师教育、转化他们刻不容缓,那么谈话就是对学生进行说服教育的一种最常用的方法。有艺术的谈话能深入细致地了解留守儿童的思想动态,把思想工作做到留守儿童的心坎上,所以,重视谈话的艺术非常重要。
