面对复杂的国际国内形势,如何实现有质量有效益可持续的发展,“稳中求进”是今年五大公司工作会议上的又一共同出现的关键词。各石油石化企业都意识到,今天的改革已经进入了深水区,牵一发而动全身,任何单项改革、单一领域的改革都无法单兵突进,都必须从总体上统筹规划、整体设计、协调推进。同时,安全环保压力和反腐倡廉都需要特别加以重视。只有这三个方面都不出问题,才能实现稳中求进。
In the face of complex international and domestic situations, how to achieve a quality, effective and sustainable development, “making progress while seeking progress” is another common key word of the five major corporate work meetings this year.
