实习实训教学是高职教育的重要组成部分,是关系高职教育目标实现和个性体现的重要方面。通过对课题研究的调查与分析,我们发现高职教育的显著特点是培养的人才不仅要技术与技能性强,而且职业针对性和实用性也要很强。因此,目前高职人才培养水平的高低在很大程度上取决于实习实训教学的水平和质量。我院旅游专业对于这些问题也不例外,如何正视实习实训教学所面临的主要问题,深化对实习实训教学必要性及重要性的认识,加大对实习实训教学投入,优化实习实训教学环节,增强学生的就业
