采用温室内苗期鉴定和田间小区成株期鉴定法,对甘肃省及国内外引入的小麦品种(系)进行了抗白粉病鉴定。鉴定结果表明:我省陇东、陇南麦区现阶段主要推广品种和新育成品系,绝大多数全生育期感染白粉病,仅中86147、中87228等材料表现免疫或高抗,其它材料为中感至高感;外引材料大部分具有较好的抗性,MarisDove、BPM系列、92R178、贵农21、贵农29、V.P.M、新抗9号等20余份材料表现免疫,可供抗病育种利用。
The resistance to powdery mildew in wheat cultivars (lines) introduced in Gansu Province and at home and abroad was identified by seedling identification in greenhouse and identification of field plants in field. The results showed that the main varieties and newly-cultivated varieties at the present stage of Longdong and Longnan were rich in powdery mildew and most of the whole growth period were infected with powdery mildew. Only 86147 and 87228 were immune or highly resistant, while the other materials were medium Feeling of high sense; most of the cited material has better resistance, MarisDove, BPM series, 92R178, Guinin 21, Guinong 29, V. P. M, new anti-9 No. 20 and other materials showed immunity for disease-resistant breeding use.
