第一部分定义和关系 1.应用范围和领域本国际标准规定了与OTF有关的术语以及它们之间的数学关系。也规定了在OTF测试方面需要详细说明的各个重要参数。从点扩散函数的定义出发,根据基本成像特性,提出了一组数学上能相容的定义,如线扩散函数、刃边扩散函数、光学传递函数、调制传递函数和相位传递函数等。为了避免引起放大倍率不统一的问题,本标准这一部分中提到的所有物像之间都作为向同一参考平面传递。
PART I DEFINITIONS AND RELATIONS 1. Scope and field of application This International Standard specifies OTF-related terms and the mathematical relationships between them. It also specifies the various important parameters that need to be specified in OTF testing. Based on the definition of point spread function, a set of mathematically compatible definitions, such as linear diffusion function, edge-edge diffusion function, optical transfer function, modulation transfer function and phase transfer function, are proposed according to the basic imaging characteristics. In order to avoid the problem that the magnification is not uniform, all the objects mentioned in this part of this standard are transmitted to the same reference plane.
