1.常用模具的安装 模具的安装必须保证上、下模对正,使用中不易发生位移,从而使加工出来的产品质量稳定,生产安全。 ①上模的安装:上模的安装常用以下几种方法来固定。用压板固定(见图3-5),压板通常带半圆孔,也有方孔的,固定时只要把螺母拧紧就行。对于拉力较大的一些模具,可采用图3-6的方法压紧上模。大型模具常用两块或四块压板及螺钉把模具紧固在压力机的滑块底面上,模具不需模把,如图3-7所示。
