对于需要进行装配的塑料零件而言,装配面的翘曲变形量是评定其是否合格的最重要指标;但成型过程中的工艺参数包括保压压力、保压时间、模具温度和熔体温度等对制品的最终翘曲变形和精度却有着直接的影响,且工艺参数众多,变化范围又宽,相互之间还存在交互影响等。通过利用Moldflow软件系统地分析各工艺参数对注塑件翘曲变形的影响规律,并比较各参数对注塑件翘曲变形的影响程度,发现随着保压压力和熔体温度的增加,翘曲变形增加,而随着保压时间和模具温度的增加,翘曲变形减少,且在4个工艺参数中,保压压力对翘曲变形的影响最大。
