Objective: To explore the application of full-time nursing in the emergency treatment of critically ill patients and provide a reference for better rescue of emergency patients. Methods: A total of 120 critically ill patients admitted to hospital in 2015 were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. In the control group, the traditional emergency department nursing operation was performed. The observation group adopted a humane and full-time nursing mode based on the control group, including 120 network information transmission, pre-screening and triage, guardianship and rescue, basic nursing, full escort and strengthening Departmental staff communication and so on. Comparing the two groups of rescue time, salvage effect and patient satisfaction. Results: The average rescue time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P <0.01). The rescue success rate and patient satisfaction rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of full-time nursing in the emergency treatment of critically ill patients can not only shorten the rescue time and improve the success rate of the patients, but also help to improve the patient’s satisfaction and improve the quality of nursing.
