目的:了解广西人群接触者及哺乳动物感染SARS相关冠状病毒的情况和IgG抗体滴度及亲和力的差异。方法:用间接ELISA法检测人和哺乳动物血清SARS冠状病毒(SARS-CoV)核衣壳蛋白(H)和刺突糖蛋白S1片段(S1)IgG滴度,并测定相应抗体的总亲和力。结果:接触者N和S1IgG阳性率分别为3·24%和11·15%,抗体几何平均滴度(GMT)为1∶2·71和1∶7·02,抗体亲和力为(1·72±0·24)mol/L和(1·92±0·21)mol/L;猕猴N和S1IgG阳性率分别为5·80%和60·87%,GMT为1∶26·50和1∶112·36,抗体亲和力为(0·80±0·14)mol/L和(2·26±0·14)mol/L;其它哺乳动物除狗S1IgG阳性率为3·33%,其余动物N和S1IgG均无阳性检出。结论:人健康接触者及猕猴等哺乳动物可隐性感染SARS相关冠状病毒,S1IgG阳性率由高到低依次为猕猴、人、狗;人及猕猴感染病毒时,S1IgG阳性率均高于NIgG阳性率;猕猴S1IgG亲和力显著高于NIgG亲和力。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the SARS-associated coronavirus (SARS) -associated coronavirus (SARS) -associated coronavirus (SARS) -associated coronavirus (SARS) -associated coronavirus (SARS) -entry coronavirus (SARS) -entry coronavirus (SARS) Methods: The IgG titer of nucleocapsid protein (H) and spike glycoprotein S1 fragment (S1) of SARS coronavirus (SARS-CoV) in human and mammalian serum was detected by indirect ELISA and the total affinity of the corresponding antibody was determined. Results: The positive rates of contact N and S1 IgG were 3.24% and 11.15% respectively. The geometric mean antibody titer (GMT) was 1: 2.71 and 1: 7.02, and the antibody affinity was (1.72 ± 0 · 24) mol / L and (1.92 ± 0.21) mol / L, respectively. The positive rates of N and S1 IgG in macaques were 5.80% and 60.87%, respectively, with GMTs of 1:26 and 50 · 36, the antibody affinity was (0.80 ± 0.14) mol / L and (2.26 ± 0.14) mol / L respectively. The positive rate of S1IgG in other mammals was3.33% S1IgG no positive detection. CONCLUSIONS: SARS-associated coronavirus can be invisible to human health contact and macaque mammals, and the positive rates of S1 IgG from high to low are rhesus monkey, human and dog. The positive rate of S1 IgG is higher than that of NIgG positive Rate; Rhesus S1IgG affinity was significantly higher than NIgG affinity.
