目的 :探讨混配农药中毒的发病情况和危险因素 ,提出预防方案以降低混配农药中毒发病率。方法 :对 110 2名混配农药施药者 (接触组 )和 12 6 0名单一农药施药者 (对照组 )进行了流行病学调查。结果 :接触组中毒发病率显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而且混配农药中毒占农药中毒发病的比例有上升的趋势。结论 :接触混配农药发生中毒的危险性比单一农药高 4.5倍
Objective: To explore the incidence of mixed pesticide poisoning and risk factors, put forward prevention programs to reduce the incidence of mixed pesticide poisoning. Methods: Epidemiological survey of 1102 pesticide applicators (contact group) and 12600 single pesticide applicants (control group) were conducted. Results: The incidence of poisoning in the contact group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the proportion of pesticide poisoning mixed pesticide poisoning was on the rise. Conclusions: Exposure to mixed pesticides is 4.5 times more dangerous than single pesticides
