对黑龙江省大庆市温室内的番茄根结线虫进行形态鉴定和苗期抗病性鉴定技术研究,结果表明该线虫为南方根结线虫;采用接种苗龄30d(天),接种深度10cm,接种量5000条·株-1,接种天数50d(天)为最佳组合。用该鉴定方法对18份番茄材料进行苗期抗根结线虫病鉴定,筛选出免疫材料2份,高抗材料4份,强抗材料4份,中抗材料2份,微抗材料1份,其余5份为易感材料。
The morphological identification and seedling disease identification of tomato root knot nematode in the greenhouse of Daqing City in Heilongjiang Province showed that the nematode was Southern root-knot nematode.
