现代的人事管理强调了以人为本的管理理念,通过人员的调配和学习,合理的发挥每一个人的作用,实现人事管理效率的提升。所以,医院进行人事管理过程中,必须转变管理的观念,从人力资源管理的角度来管理和开发人事科。人事科的相关工作人员,则应该考虑到每一个人员的特长,运用多种方法,切实提高医院人事管理的实际效率,帮助医院工作更好的开展。
Modern personnel management emphasizes the people-oriented management concept. Through personnel deployment and learning, each person’s role is rationally played and the efficiency of personnel management is enhanced. Therefore, the hospital personnel management process, we must change the management concept, from the perspective of human resources management and development of personnel.
