一、概述:我厂是生产导轨磨床的专业工厂,从六十年代开始已有近三十年历史,经过四个阶段的发展,已形成了导轨磨床系列生产。但以往产品均无凹凸磨削功能,不能满足一些用户的特殊要求。是否具有凹凸磨削功能是国产龙门导轨磨床与国外先进水平对比存在的最大差距。1986年初我厂着手进行了第四代带凹凸磨削功能的M52100A 龙门导轨磨床的开发设计。1987年8月通过了鉴定。
I. Overview: Our factory is a professional factory producing rail grinding machine, from the sixties on nearly three decades of history, after four stages of development, has formed a series of rail grinder production. But in the past there is no convex and concave grinding products, can not meet the special requirements of some users. Whether with concave and convex grinding function is the domestic gantry rail grinding machine with the advanced level of the contrast between the existence of the largest gap. At the beginning of 1986, our factory started the development and design of the M52100A gantry rail grinder with the fourth generation of concave and convex grinding function. In 1987 August passed the appraisal.
