(一) 一九八五年十二月十六日至十八日,陕西省水利学会在西安召开了水土保持专业委员会成立大会暨水土保持学术讨论会,参加会议的代表来自省、地、县及中央有关部门从事水土保持科研、教学、管理及生产等部门的科技人员共五十五人。他们中有长期从事水土保持工作并做出很大贡献的老专家,有年富力强承担科研、教学、生产重担的中青年科技工作
