采用结构化设计方法,研发了BH-1型低压铸造控制系统。实际应用结果表明:采用该方法设计过程控制系统,不仅缩减了开发难度,后期运维方便,同时,所开发出的控制系统运行稳定,产品质量较佳。
Using a structured design method, BH-1 low-pressure casting control system was developed. The practical application shows that using this method to design a process control system not only reduces the difficulty of development but also facilitates operation and maintenance at the later stage. At the same time, the developed control system runs stably with better product quality.
