采用钢丝网框架剖面法,在不同生育阶段分别测定了大豆根系干重和根系活性在草甸黑土中的动态分布。结果表明:大豆根系在草甸黑土中呈浅层分布状态,平均80%以上分布在3~18cm土层内,20cm以下根量锐减。水平分布是以主根为中心随距离加大根重减少,随生育时期的推移根重分布比例逐渐外移。高活性根区与根冠密集区变化一致,随侧根的生长逐渐远离主根,其水平分布区间是,V3期距主根5~10cm、R5期已移至13~40cm;垂直分布为两层,分别在5~17cm和30cm以下土层内。
The dynamic distribution of dry root and root activity of soybean in meadow black soil was determined at different stages of growth by adopting the method of steel mesh frame section. The results showed that the root system of soybean was shallowly distributed in the meadow black soil, with an average of more than 80% distributed in the soil layer of 3 ~ 18cm, and the root volume decreased sharply below 20cm. The horizontal distribution is based on the main root as the distance increases with the root weight to reduce, with the growth period of the root distribution of redistribution gradually shift. The areas of high activity root zone and root crown were the same, with the growth of lateral root gradually getting away from the main root. The horizontal distribution range was 5 ~ 10cm away from the main root of V3 stage and 13 ~ 40cm of R5 stage. The vertical distribution was two layers In 5 ~ 17cm and 30cm below the soil.
